Refund policy

Summary for 2027

The refund terms for 2027 will be confirmed alongside the fee and deposit. Until then, the framework below applies.

Deposit

The deposit secures your place and is non-refundable once paid, except where AAI cancels the programme or your cohort.

Balance

Where a refund cut-off date is published for your intake, cancellations received before that date may be refunded less the deposit and any administrative and transfer fees. After the cut-off, all payments are non-refundable, including withdrawals for personal, academic, medical, travel or visa reasons.

If AAI cancels

If AAI cancels your cohort and cannot offer an alternative week, all fees paid including the deposit are refunded in full.

Email admin@advocacyai.uk from the address you applied with. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
